แนวความคิด

ผลงานสะท้อนถึงประเพณีการไหว้สิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ที่เกิดขึ้นทุกปีในครอบครัวของข้าพเจ้า ทุกปีพอเทศกาลไหว้เจ้าวนมาก็เหมือนมีพลังที่ซ่อนเร้นที่ทำให้ทุกคนในบ้านจะละจากสังคมที่วุ่นวายตรงหน้า และกลับมาใช้เวลากับครอบครัว จัดเตรียมของไหว้ กินข้าวร่วมกัน ข้าพเจ้าจึงได้เห็นถึงพลังของความเชื่อที่ทำให้ครอบครัววางมือจากหน้าที่ชั่วคราว มาใช้เวลาด้วยกัน หลังจากนั้นจึงแยกย้ายไปใช้ชีวิตกันต่อ

Concept

This work is the epitome of how my family gives a ritual feast to pay homage to the divine yearly. Whenever it is time for worship rituals, it would be as if everyone was spellbound by the urge to temporarily forget about their busy days to devote time to their family, prepare offerings, and dine together afterward. What I have noticed is the power of faith that gives everyone a break from their duty and spends time together before they resume their normal daily life again.
