ความทุกข์นั้น เป็นเพียงความรู้สึกว่าตัวตนของตน ความรู้สึกนึกคิดที่ต้องการกิเลสตัณหา เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของตน ทําให้ต้องดิ้นรนแสวงหาสิ่งต่างๆ โดยไม่ตระหนักถึงตัวตนว่าสิ่งไหนคือความสุขที่แท้จริง เรียนรู้ และเข้าใจในความเป็นไปของโลกใบนี้ว่าทุกสิ่งนั้นเป็นของไม่เที่ยง
Dukkha (Suffering) is only the feeling of self. Defilement serves the needs of self and that makes one’s life endlessly search for materials without realizing what the true happiness is. Learning and understanding the nature of the world that everything is impermanent is what one should do.
