ผู้ประพันธ์เพลงได้ฟังเพลงไทยที่มีเปิงมางผสมวงอยู่ด้วย ทำให้มีความสนใจในเสียงของเปิงมาง และต้องการสร้างผลงานการประพันธ์เพลงที่มีเปิงมางผสมอยู่ในวงดนตรีตะวันตก ด้วยความสนใจในแนวคิดของพุทธธรรม จึงนำกิเลสมารที่ทำให้มนุษย์เกิดความหลงผิดและทำให้เกิดทุกข์นำมาสร้างบทเพลงสร้างสรรค์นี้ขึ้นมา
Composer listened to Thai songs with Poeng Mang mixed with the ensemble. causing interest in Peng Mang's voice and want to create a composition that has Poeng Mang mixed in the western ensemble with interest in the concept of Buddha Dharma, SINFUL DESIRES passions that cause human delusions and suffering are used to create this creative piece.
กิเลส เป็นความเศร้าหมองของจิตซึ่งนับว่าเป็นมาร มารคือผู้ล้างผลาญความดี ทําให้ไม่สามารถออกไปจากวัฏฏะได้ ยังเต็มไปด้วยทุกข์ประการต่าง ๆ มากมายอันเนื่องมาจากกิเลสนั้นเอง บทเพลงนี้เปิงมางเปรียบเสมือนกิเลสที่แสดงอารมณ์ โลภะ โทสะ และโมหะ ออกมา บทเพลงนี้เป็นการทำสีสันของเสียงจากเปิงมางทางตะวันออกบรรเลงล้อไปกับเครื่องดนตรีตะวันตก ได้สีสันที่สวยงามประกอบกับการใช้เทคนิคสมัยใหม่ได้สีสันที่แปลกใหม่ และยังมีการใช้การย้ำจังหวะและโน้ตให้เกิดความรู้สึกกดดันและเป็นทุกข์
Passion is the misery of the mind that is considered a devil. The devil is the destroyer of good deeds. making it impossible to get out of the cycle is also full of many different kinds of sufferings that arise from the defilements itself This piece, Poeng Mang is like a passion that expresses emotions, greed, hatred, and delusion. This piece is a color reproduction of the sounds of the Eastern Boeng Mang playing along with Western instruments in beautiful colors, coupled with the use of modern techniques to get exotic colors. Rhythms and notes are also used to create feelings of pressure and suffering.
